Although I rarely checked, there was a way for me to be able to track from which countries people were logging onto the blog from. As an experiment I decided to track blog visitors from yesterday only to see from which countries the blog was being accessed over a 24 hour period. I was floored to see the results:
Australia Bangladesh Barbados
Cambodia Canada China
Colombia Croatia Denmark
Dominican Republic France Germany
Ghana Guinea India
Indonesia Ireland Italy
Jamaica Japan Kenya
Mexico Moldova Netherands
New Zealand Norway Phillipines
Poland Russia Saudi Arabia
Senegal South Africa Spain
Sri Lanka Sweden Taiwan
Ukraine United Kingdom United States
Venezuela Malaysia
Some of the people who contact me via this blog are specifically people who want information about slide tracheoplasty, tracheal stenosis, pulmonary agenesis or germ cell tumor. Many are parents who have completed or are just beginning the journey to adopt. Many have a child living with Down Syndrome or Autism. But - most visitors, it would seem, are simply drawn to the story of a little girl who at one time defied all medical odds. The story of an amazing Warrior Princess. Thank you to all of you who continue to visit the blog and email me.

I was directed to your blog through a mutual "friend" from FB that I initially "met" nearly 10 years ago on a Down syndrome website when my daughter was born. My daughter, like yours also has an autism diagnosis as well. I share your frustrations of talking to the "so-called experts" and sometimes it's nice to know that others besides yourself face the same difficulty in that arena as it can be a very lonely place.
The Warrior Princess touched and continues to touch people's lives. I lit a candle at Mass today for your little girl and your family in hopes that you know you all are thought of.
Love you and your girl. Thank you for sharing her bright light with us.
Your sweet Aziza and your story is an inspiration to all around the world. We all laughed with you and we all cried with you! We all grieved with you and we all love you! Keep on writing (edited to remove name)! And again, thanks for sharing your words, your life, but most of all your children's lives! Thank you for inspiring me to learn about how special children!
I have always been mindful of the profound impact your Warrior Princess had on the world. You may never fully know how your blog and Aziza's story have touched, influenced, informed and uplifted so many.
I came from a prayer request via another site. It's wonderful how she was able to touch so many people from all over! Were they ever able to give you a definite cause of death to at least give you some answers and closure?
i spoke to my friend tnight about aziza and how she touched my heart , and we are thousands of miles away yet her name was mentioned tnight in a house in west yorkshire england over cups of tea how amazing a little girls name and legend has spread so far xxx
Dawn, I love that. Thank you for sharing.
I found your blog through a FB friend, requesting prayer for the sweet Warrior Princess. Aziza's story has touched my heart and I am continuing to pray for your family! I am a newly adoptive mother of Griffin, a 4 yo rockstar with Down syndrome. You are an inspiration to me! -Maria, stationed in Germany with the USAF (solomonadoption.blogspot.com)
